Who is BG Frame App for?
Companies and professionals working on window, door and facade projects who need to prepare positions, drawings, materials and quotations.
How do I access the app?
Open bgframe.com in your browser, create an account and verify your email. Use the demo to check the workflow on your working device.
Is my profile system supported?
The app covers aluminium, sliding, facade and PVC workflows. Compatibility with a specific brand and series must be checked first. Send us the exact system name.
How does the demo work?
The demo requires an account and verified email. It is a one-time trial lasting 30 minutes from the moment it starts.
What are the demo limits?
You can create projects and positions and download drawings, materials, cutting and glass data without prices. Accessories use generic names without images or prices. Settings cannot be edited.
Will my demo projects be kept?
Trial projects are deleted 30 minutes after the demo starts. They do not transfer into the paid workspace when full access is activated. Use sample data in the demo.
How many users are included?
Basic: 50 USD / 30 days · 2 users · 500 MB; Team: 80.75 USD / 30 days · 5 users · 2 GB; Business: 136 USD / 30 days · 10 users · 5 GB. Prices are final payable amounts in USD per 30 days. Payment and activation are confirmed manually. Existing agreements do not change automatically.
How can I pay now?
Contact support first to confirm the plan and payment terms. Payments are currently verified manually and access is activated by an administrator. Online card payments and automatic recurring charges are not yet enabled.
When will access be activated?
After received funds and required account details are confirmed, access is activated within one working day unless a different start time was agreed in advance.
Can I change prices and settings?
With full access, users with the appropriate role can work with permitted settings and prices. Changes must match the actual catalog and production rules. Demo settings are locked.
Can I send results straight to production?
Before production, material orders or installation, a qualified specialist must check dimensions, calculations, profile and hardware compatibility, and project-specific requirements.
How do I report an issue?
Email info.bgframe@gmail.com with your account email, steps to reproduce, expected result and actual result. Include a screenshot if helpful. Never send a password or one-time code.
Is BG Frame App AutoCAD or a 3D modeller?
The workflow shown here covers window, door and facade positions, 2D drawings, materials and quotations. 3D modelling and DWG/DXF exchange are not verified capabilities of this offer. Check with support first if your workflow requires them.
What is included in the free demo?
After email verification, you can try the workflow, drawings and reports without prices once for 30 minutes. Temporary demo projects do not transfer to full access.
Does it support every aluminium and PVC system?
Compatibility depends on the profile, series, hardware and data. Check a sample of your system in the demo. A qualified specialist must verify dimensions and calculations before manufacture.
